Defendants in the three above-captioned cases were each convicted in separate prosecutions of class B drug felonies and received indeterminate terms of imprisonment in accordance with the laws in effect prior to January 13, 2005. They now move for resentencing pursuant to the Drug ¡Law Reform Act of 2009 (DLRA-3) (L 2009, ch 56, part AAA, § 9 [codified at CPL 440.46]).
