The parties to this suit were partners in the business of raising cotton and sheep, but agreed upon a dissolution and made a division of the assets. The property taken out by appellant was valued in the partition at eight thousand nine hundred and forty-four dollars and thirty, one cents, and that set apart to the appellee was appraised at eleven thousand nine hundred and eighty-three dollars and thirty-five cents.
