Plaintiff appeals as of right from a circuit court order that granted summary disposition to defendant and dismissed plaintiff’s complaint alleging a violation of the Freedom of Information Act (foia), MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We affirm.

Plaintiff is an inmate in the custody of the Michigan Department of Corrections and is confined in the Kinross Correctional Facility in Kincheloe, Michigan.
