On May 28, 1994, Northeast Express Regional Airlines, Inc. (hereinafter “Northeast”) and Precision Valley Aviation, Inc. (hereinafter “Precision”) filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On June 14,1994, this Court granted a motion to consolidate both of these cases for adminis trative purposes.
