DODGE, District Judge.
The involuntary petition upon which adjudication in this case was made was filed June 30, 1911. Receivers were appointed by the court July 1, 1911. On July 8, 1911, *338their petition for authority to conduct and continue the bankrupt’s business until a trustee should be appointed was granted by the court.
The bankrupt’s business was that of dealing in ready made ladies’ garments. The bankrupt was conducting it at the time, and had been conducting it for a considerable time before the bankruptcy, in two stores, Nos. 507 and 509 AVashington street, in Boston, at the…
