This matter is before us on remand from the supreme court. When we previously reviewed it, J.D.1 had appealed a judgment terminating her parental rights to her two minor children, J.J.W. (born January 24, 2005) and H.M.D. (born November 30, 2005).2 We reversed the judgment and remanded the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
