H. T. Toler, N. A. Ward, W. C. Williamson, and O. N. Ward, filed a hill in the chancery court of Lawrence county against the Bank of Monticello, J. M. Btass, the liquidating agent of said Bank of Monticello, J. S. Love, Superintendent of the banking department, and M. M. Neal, alleging that the complainants H. T. Toler and W. C. Williamson are residents of Jefferson Davis county, and that N. A. Ward and O. N.
