SIMS, Judge.

The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the lower court, plaintiffs and defendant. These two actions grew out of the same traffic collision, were consolidated for the purpose of trial and both will be disposed of in this opinion.

The father sued for $50,000 damages for personal injuries and damages done his car, and the son sued for $10,000 damages for personal injuries; which the complaints averred they suffered by reason of the alleged negligence of defendant’s servant in the operation of its truck.
