Reversing.

In the spring of 1920 the Harlan Fuel Company proposed to erect a tipple, coal conveyor -and head-house on its property, and to this end had procured blue print specifications of the work, and on May 1st J. E. Condra entered into a written contract with it by which he agreed to do the work according to the specifications for $3,-998.00, and to complete it within sixty days from the date the work was begun.
