In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Strauss, J.), entered May 31, 2002, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability, is in favor of the defendant and against her, dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiff’s contention that the Supreme Court should have charged the jury with certain provisions of the Administrative Code of the City of New York (hereinafter the Building Code) which were in effect in 1938, is unpreserved for appellate review (see…
