Henry Bradley, doing business under the firm name of Bradley Bros., was a dealer in flour, feed, and coal in Paducah, Kentucky, in January, 1937, when the transaction occurred out of which this litigation arose. In the summer of 1936 he entered into two contracts with the Wilson Flour Mills of Wilson, Kansas, for the purchase of a large quantity of flour to be delivered from time to time in carload lots on the purchaser’s order.
