PITTS, Chief Justice.
This suit was filed by appellee, G. G. Priboth, against appellants, Buddy Joe Wiseman and his father, Charles W. Wise-man, seeking to recover damages in the sum of $2,655 by reason of alleged breach of warranty contained in each of two certain deeds executed separately by appellants, but covering the same land, to different grantees on different dates. The damages sought were based upon ½ of the value of the minerals in and under Labor No. 2, League 685, Lamb County, Texas.
