Mullen, J.), entered March 8, 2011, which, upon a jury finding that appellant suffers from a mental abnormality and after a dispositional hearing, determined that appellant is a dangerous sex offender requiring confinement and committed him to a secure treatment facility, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
