The judgment appealed from holds liable the Commonwealth, contractors Xavier Zequeira and Héctor A. Pinero,1 in charge of the construction of a highway, and Ramón Castro Quiñones, driver of the automobile in which the plaintiffs were traveling, for damages caused to the latter as a result of an accident which occurred at kilometer 15.5 of state highway No. 3.
