Respondent, George W. Woodcock, Jr., was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on April 19, 1957. His bar roster address is P.O. Box 400, Mount Carmel, Illinois 62863, and his Kentucky Bar Association (“KBA”) member number is 78720.
