Encompass Indemnity Company (“Encompass”) appeals the trial court’s granting of Travelers Indemnity Company’s (“Travelers”) motion for partial summary judgment that declared Encompass’ policy provided $500,000 in uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage for the accident at.issue..
