MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JERRY W. VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Adversary Proceeding presents the question of the proper division of the proceeds from the sale of a residential property owned by the Debtor and his non-debt- or spouse as tenants by the entirety.
The Trustee, Patricia A. Brown, filed this Adversary Proceeding to compel the sale of the residential property, including the interest of Tina Louise Eads, the non-bankrupt spouse. At a hearing on October 25, 2001, the parties agreed that the Trustee could proceed with the sale of the property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(h) because…
