Plaintiff moves for an order compelling defendant to answer plaintiff’s interrogatories. Defendant cross-moves for costs because of plaintiff’s failure to comply with applicable court rules.
In this action, plaintiff seeks to recover damages for loss to his real property caused by fire. On September 18,1978, the day of the fire, plaintiff was arrested and charged with intentionally setting fire to this very property.
