Claimant, Bertha Pro, as Administrator of the Estate of Elio Pro, deceased, and Bertha Pro, individually, filed a complaint in the Court of Claims on March 3, 1986. In her complaint Mrs. Pro alleges negligence on the part of the Respondent, State of Illinois, which resulted in the death of her son, Elio Pro. She alleges that her son was driving an automobile on Veterans Parkway in Normal, Illinois, on March 3, 1984, in a southerly direction.
