Claimant, Mary Pearson, sought unemployment compensation following her discharge from employment with Illinois Bell Telephone Company. A claims adjudicator denied the request for benefits on the ground that claimant voluntarily quit her job when she did not pay her union dues. After a hearing, a referee agreed, finding claimant ineligible for benefits. On review, defendant, Board of Review of the Department of Employment Security (Board), affirmed the referee’s determination.
