COLT, Circuit Judge.

This case was beard on exceptions to the master's report. The order of reference directed the master to ascertain and report his findings of fact and conclusions of law. Iso exceptions were taken to the findings of fact, which are substantially as follows: The petitioners, Loftus Cuddy and Martin Mullen, both of Cleveland, Ohio, are co-partners doing business at Cleveland under the name and style of the Cuddy-Mullen Coal Company.
