This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Schaefer v. American Family Mutual Insurance, 182 Wis. 2d 380, 514 N.W.2d 16 (Ct. App. 1994), which affirmed a judgment of the circuit court for Dane County, Mark A. Frankel, Circuit Judge.
