In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of certain leases, the defendants appeal from (1) a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Donovan, J.), dated August 9, 2002, and (2) a judgment of the same court entered August 14, 2002, which, after a nonjury trial and upon the deci*769sion, is in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant Northern Westchester Professional Park Associates in the principal sum of $199,014 and reduced the plaintiffs rent by 15% for the months of July, August and September 2002.
