In an action, inter alia, to set aside a conveyance, the defendants Wladislaw Wunderbar and Halina Wunderbar appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hurowitz, J.), dated March 14, 1989, which denied their motion for summary judgment and *932granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion for summary judgment setting aside the conveyance of real property.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
