Certiorari to review an order of the industrial commission denying relator’s claim for compensation.

Eelator was employed as manager of a C. Thomas store in Minneapolis. At about seven o’clock in the evening of April 7, 1939, while standing behind the cash register “checking up” for the day, he dropped a piece of paper on the floor. He claims to have sustained the injury here involved when he stooped to pick it up. We can best describe the incident by quoting from relator’s testimony given on direct examination.
