MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LYNCH, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
Melvin Jenkinson brought suit against the Chevron Long-Term Disability Plan (“Plan”), the Chevron Long-Term Disability Plan Organization (“Plan Organization”), the predecessor in interest of those entities, and a host of other defendants. 1 The crux of plaintiff's complaint 2 is that defendants improperly discontinued long-term disability payments to which plaintiff claims he is entitled.
