BUSSEY, Judge:

This is an original proceeding in which Frank Naceo Martin, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court of Oklahoma County for Robbery with Firearms and Rape in the First Degree. After having entered pleas of guilty, he was sentenced to serve three life sentences in the State Penitentiary at McAlester — one for robbery with Firearms and two for Rape in the First Degree, all to run concurrently.
