The parties to this action own their respective pieces of real estate from a common grantor, Cyrus Strong, 2d. These premises are in a block in the business section of the city of Binghamton. The defendant is the owner of what is known as 83 and 85 Court street, being a lot forty-two and one-twelfth feet front and eighty feet deep.
