Procedurally, it comes before the court by way of an application made by Scott Ohmes, Robert Ohmes and Evelyn Ohmes (the plaintiffs) to vacate, correct or modify arbitration awards and by a motion to confirm those awards made by the defendant Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO).
