James J. Concannon, while in the employ of the appellee,. J. L. Strassel Paint & Roofing Company, and engaged in painting on the interior of a building then being constructed in the city of Louisville, was thrown to the floor and killed by the falling of a scaffold upon which he was at the time standing.
