—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golar, J.), dated December 2, 1996, which granted the separate motions of the defendants Allied Staten Island Company and Waldbaums Supermarket No. 672 for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
