We have consolidated for decision three appeals arising from Terry Jones’s product liability suit against Hobart Brothers Company, Lincoln Electric Company, Air-co/The BOC Group, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Inco Alloys International, Incorporated, and Teledyne, Incorporated, (collectively, “Defendants”), all of whom are various manufacturers and distributors of welding rods.
