SWAYNE, Circuit Justice.

I have listened with great attention to the arguments submitted by counsel upon both sides of this case, and I have since read with care the opinion of my learned brother, the district' judge. 'It is careful, able, learned, and well considered.. The profession and the courts are very much at sea as to many questions touching liens upon admiralty-.
