| defendant, Sean E. Stock, appeals his convictions for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, in violation of La. R.S. 14:62.2 (count one), and for receiving stolen things having a value of over $1,500.00, in violation of La. R.S.. 14:69 (count two). On appeal, defendant argues that the evidence is insufficient to convict him of the burglary charge. He also argues that the trial court erred in accepting the victim’s testimony as to the value of the stolen things.
