ROGERS, Justice.

Mrs. Ollie H. Akard, as owner, and Walter B. Chandler, as mineral lessee, instituted a petitory action, claiming ownership of ten acres of land situated in the Shreveport Oil Field. A correlative claim is for the reformation of the deed from- which plaintiffs deraign their title. Defendants aver that the deed was an act of security only and that the amount secured had been repaid.
