This direct appeal seeks review of a judgment in a criminal case pursuant to Rule 4(b) Rules of Appellate Procedure, and 18 U.S.C. § 3742, wherein appellant entered a plea of guilty to violations of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 845(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (knowing and intentional manufacture of 100 grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, within 1,000 feet of a public school) in the United States District Court for the State of Utah before the Honorable J.
