OPINION

ODOM, Judge.

The offense is speeding, and the punishment assessed by the court was a one-hundred and twenty-five ($125.00) dollar fine.

The record reflects that appellant was the driver of an automobile traveling east on Interstate Highway No. 10 approximately 6 miles from the town of Columbus, Texas, and that appellant was clocked by radar apparatus at a speed of 81 miles per hour by a State Highway Patrolman.
