KW Construction appeals the judgment entered following a bench trial in which plaintiff, Stephens & Sons Concrete Contractors, Inc., recovered $12,500.00, plus pre- and post-judgment interest and $7,500.00 in attorney’s fees in its suit for breach of an oral contract or, in the alternative, under a theory of quantum meruit.
