OPINION
ALLEN, Chancellor.
Cross motions for summary judgment have been presented in this action seeking to compel a Delaware corporation to issue stock certificates and to pay cash dividends that the issuer has accumulated and holds for the owner of the shares in question. The shares are registered in the name of a Cuban partnership, Fernandez Castro and Company, S en C.
