While, by general and special demurrers to the petition as amended and by the general and special grounds of the motion for new trial, there appears to be presented for decision a large number of questions of law, yet a decision sustaining the verdict against the general grounds of the motion for new trial will be decisive and controlling on all other questions except the rulings on the special demurrers, and our examination discloses no error in those rulings.
