Connell to recover damages because of an alleged tort perpetrated upon him, the petition alleging in substance that the plaintiff, on October 31, 1934, and for several years theretofore, was engaged as a substitute proof reader for the Georgian-American Company, publisher of a newspaper in Atlanta, Georgia; that he was. a member in good standing of Atlanta Typographical Union No. 48, a. local labor union of Atlanta, composed of local workmen skilled in one or more types of work done in a newspaper composing room, and' that the local union was chartered by…
