Shriro Corporation recovered judgment on a jury verdict for actual and exemplary damages from Morris Ward and Clyde DeLay for conversion of a check issued by Transcontinental Insurance Company in payment of a claim on a policy of builders’ risk insurance issued by Transcontinental.
