Before the Court are several motions, none of which can be addressed until the Court resolves a preliminary issue: whether it has subject-matter jurisdiction. The plaintiff, Jakks Pacific, Inc., obtained a default judgment against Accasvek, LLC, in the Central District of California, which it then registered in this District. Jakks now invokes this Court’s jurisdiction to compel discovery in aid of enforcing that judgment.
