JOHNSON, Circuit Judge.

This is a petition to revise in matter of law under the provisions of Bankruptcy Act, § 24b (Comp. St. § 9608), an order of the District Court of Massachusetts denying the petition of Josephine M. Flynn for a rehearing upon the order of the court affirming the finding and order g>f the referee directing the petitioner and James E. Elynn, the bankrupt to turn over certain assets to his trustee.
