Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Honorof, J.), rendered March 23, 2004, convicting him of burglary in the second degree (two counts), grand larceny in the third degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the trial court erred in discharging a juror without conducting a sufficiently thorough inquiry to ascertain when the juror would be available to continue service (see CEL 270.35). However, the defendant did not object to the sufficiency…
