Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Burns, J.), entered October 30, 2015 in Delaware County, which denied defendant Alan Begeal’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against him and granted certain other defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
