The plaintiffs, Joseph Messinger and Katherina Messinger, appellees here, brought suit against the defendants, the city of Cincinnati and others, appellants here, to enjoin the taking effect of an ordinance vacating 15 feet of the end of a street in the city of Cincinnati, on the ground that the ordinance was not passed by the city council according to law, and is therefore void.

There are allegations in the petition other than the attack on the procedure in passing the ordinance, which are not necessary to be set forth here.
