{¶ 1} In this consolidated appeal, appellants Joan Hall and her daughter, Lisa Hall, appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to plaintiffappellees TJX Companies, Inc., T.J. Maxx, and Marshalls (collectively “TJX”), *239and finding them jointly and severally liable for damages in excess of $6 million.1 For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
