Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Eidens, J.), rendered January 12, 2000, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the first degree.
Defendant was charged with multiple counts of robbery in the first and second degrees in connection with three separate armed robberies that occurred over a period of two days in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County.
