In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rigler, J.), dated June 15, 1999, as granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was, in effect, to continue the child support and maintenance provisions of a pendente lite order of the same court, dated January 2, 1996, and the defendant cross-appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of the same order as denied that branch of her motion which was to restore the action to the trial calendar.
